Julia Frederick, PA-C is a Southern California native who completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at Chapman University — graduating with honors as an undergraduate and at the top of her class in PA school. She began her career in internal medicine, building a strong foundation in managing chronic conditions including hypertension and diabetes, before expanding her clinical focus to nephrology. She brings an emphasis on patient education, prevention, and individualized care to every encounter, with a particular passion for helping patients in nephrology and geriatric medicine maintain quality of life through thoughtful, evidence-based treatment. Julia believes in building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients — grounded in clear communication and shared decision-making.

A true Southern California local, Julia enjoys gardening, spending time by the beach, and being with her mini golden doodle, Honey. She is always eager to learn and grow, and brings that same curiosity and warmth to her relationships with patients.
